Some guy attempts to get his cell phone from toilet and his hand gets stuck

Why do this things always come from China? Check this out, this man from the Jiangsu Province in China dropped his phone in toilet and tried to retrieve it but his hand got stuck. Emergency services rescued him with just minor cuts & a few bruises on his arm.
