Mass-transit…abused

Coming from New York I can really appreciate the availability of mass transit. It is truly amazing to be able to get around places, even in the suburbs, without the need for a car. In some countries though, mass transit is the ONLY means of transport and it gets (I can believe I’m going to say this…) abused.
